Maintenance Coordinator

Description:
The maintenance coordinator's responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers, performing regular inspections of equipment and supplies, and diagnosing and fixing any faults on machinery. Provides emergency support to quickly resolve issues with the Plant equipment to reduce downtime and efficiency.
Requirements:
Duties include:
  • Promote, monitor and enforce OXARC EHS policies and procedures in accordance with current regulations.
  • Conduct safety and environmental inspections and observations to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health concerns.
  • Investigate accidents that occur onsite identifying causal factors, root cause, and assign risk rating. Incident follow-up to ensure corrective measures are assigned, implemented, and effective.
  • Complete or assist with job hazard analysis and regular review of completed Job Hazard Analysis.
  • Conduct and document regular safety meetings or trainings as required by OSHA, EPA, DOT, and OXARC’s APP.
  • Performs other EHS related duties as assigned.

    Requirements include:

  • Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use
  • Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment
  • Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical systems in accordance with SOPs ( standard operating procedures) internal requirements, manufacturer’s specifications and safety policies
  • Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly
  • Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment
  • Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility
  • Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed
  • Drug screen and background check required.

    Salary Range: The salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary for this position which is $21.00/hr.-$32.00/hr.--DOE.
