Credit Assistant
Department: Office
Location: Spokane WA
Description:
Monitor assigned accounts receivable and aging, make outbound collection calls, process payments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years office and/or customer service experience.
  • One year credit/collections experience.
  • Take and process credit applications, approve or deny credit applications based on department criteria, prepare new accounts for set up, generate notification letters, filing.
  • Able to work independently and willing to assist other team members.
  • Attention to detail, quick learner, not afraid to ask questions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must pass drug screen, physical and background check
