Outside Sales Representative
Department: Outside Sales
Location: Hermiston, OR
  • Market, sell, and service OXARC products. Direct activities to achieve goals established for the assigned territory. Organize activities to gain highest possible sales volume, profitability and market share within assigned territory.
  • Requirements:
  • 2-5 years sales experience and 2-5 years industry experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in closing deals and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills; confidently and aggressively seek new business.
  • Flexible team-oriented individual.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Decision making and problem solving capabilities.
  • Must be flexible with work hours depending on customer requirements and able to travel.
  • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
